We know you are excited to receive your Seek First order, and we are grateful you have chosen to shop with us.

Where we ship

Seek First currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping charges

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $74.99. For orders below $74.99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and delivery address.

Production and processing

Our apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery

After shipment, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Items may occasionally ship separately if they are produced or fulfilled at different facilities.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact CS@SeekFirst.Store immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help, but address changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Lost, damaged, or marked-delivered packages

If a package is delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly at CS@SeekFirst.Store with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the carrier or production partner to determine the appropriate next step.
